I am renting for the whole year a furnished studio apartment with a separate entrance, garden, and a view of the garden and mountains.

The apartment is quiet and pleasant, with a double-sided orientation towards east and northwest. It is divided into a living/sleeping area, a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine) and a bathroom with a shower. It has fast Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning, as well as natural cross-ventilation and geothermal air conditioning.

It is located on the ground floor of a smaller multi-family building with its own garden and parking, in Lazima, the quietest part of Budva. Hdl and Franca supermarkets are a 5' walk, the beach is 15'.

The apartment is rented for one year. The first rent, three last rents, and a deposit are paid in advance. A private parking space and bills are not included in the price.
