I am renting a studio apartment for a long term period, in Susnje of 35 m2 in a new building just 300 meters from the sea. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It is modernly furnished and looks like in the pictures. It also has a large terrace with a sea view, new furniture and has not yet been moved in. The building has its own parking lot and is oriented to the south.
The rent is 350 euros per month plus utilities. To move in, you need to pay the first and last rent plus a deposit.
