I am renting a one-bedroom apartment in the center of Bar on Marsala Tita Street on the 4th floor in a building with an elevator. The apartment is rented as in the pictures and is modernly furnished with new luxury items. It has a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. Pets are allowed and a notary agreement is included in the price.
The apartment is rented for a longer period and the price is 600 euros plus bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit.
If it is rented until the first of June, the price is 500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is also the first rent plus a deposit.
