I am renting a studio apartment in Ilinom, 26m2, for a longer period of time, starting from August 15. The studio is located on the fifth floor of a new building with two elevators. The building has its own parking lot and is only 300 meters from the sea. The studio is modern in style with new and functional furniture and looks like in the pictures. It also has a spacious terrace facing east which is also equipped with furniture.
The rent is 350 euros plus utilities and to move in you need to pay the first and last rent and a deposit.
