The Belgrade municipality of Barajevo is located outside the city area on the southwest side. The territory of the settlement is hilly with many small rivers and streams that flow into the river Kolubara. The natural environment rich in forests and rivers is an ideal place to relax from the daily crowds and noise, so Barajevo is inhabited by thousands of cottages in which 30,000 inhabitants live permanently, thanks to the proximity of Belgrade. The good connection with the Ibar highway and the railway is the reason why several residential towns with very spacious apartments have been built in the settlement, many of which are offered for sale at very reasonable prices.
