For the bills, just pay the electricty bill (whole of it) and if someone is living alone, one third of the "Objedinjena Naplata" bill or half of it if there are two people.
During the warmer months, the elec. bills were around 3000 dinars... how much would it be during the winter, that depends from someone's spending habits... Obj. Naplata would be about 1000 din per person.
During the winter, it would be recommended to avoid turning on two space heaters at the same time, so the fuse wouldn't pop out often... therefore, it would maybe be more suitable for one person during the winter or if two people live together they should just check with each other... if someone is careful and fuses don't pop out often, a 20 eur discount per month could be given during the winter.
The rent is 210 EUR per month (for warmer months), with the 210 EUR as the security deposit (this is the basic price with what's mentioned, if someone plans to stay more than a couple of months... and the tenants would be responsible for extra expenses concerning the apartment, other than fixing stuff that unexpectedly broke & wasn't the tenant's fault... for some things maybe some additional discount could be arranged).
If someone intends to stay only a month or two, the price would be 230 EUR (or 210 with a winter discount) with a 230 EUR security deposit.
When moving out, an approximate amount that is expected for the bills would be deducted from the deposit (based on earlier bills)... also, if tenants leave the apartment without cleaning it, a fee that a maid would charge... if tenants maybe spill something and stain a wall, 15 eur per room that needs painting would be deducted... Moving out should be announced at least 10 days before the rent expires, so additional 50 EUR wouldn't be deducted (since it can take weeks to find new tenants).
Pro-Israeli tenants are more than welcome and those who are arriving from abroad would have an advantage because they may need assistance more than some random locals do : ) Just mentioning it because of the current political situation if some Israelis are worried about it. If someone keeps kosher and wants to buy new cooking utensils, plates or some new mini-oven, help will gladly be provided.
The apartment is rented to tenants who made the original deal... please don't bring strangers to sleep over
