Stari Aerodrom, Podgorica, Crna Gora

Stari Aerodrom is an area of Podgorica in the eastern part of the city. It was named after the former military airport. This area of Podgorica has experienced a great construction expansion due to its convenient position on Ćemovsko polje. It stretches from the railway in the west to Ćemovsko polje in the east and the boulevard of the Fifth Proletarian Brigade in the north. The settlement itself is divided into two phases: In the first phase there are residential buildings, and in the second there are private houses. At Stari Aerodrom, there is the Pavle Rovinski elementary school, a kindergarten, and a hospital. A large number of newly built buildings, a neighborhood that is still expanding with many newly constructed apartments at affordable prices, with many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets makes a comfortable place to live and a profitable investment in real estate.
