Grbalj is a coastal settlement located on the road from Budva to the Lustica peninsula. The western part of the settlement is called Donji Grbalj and the eastern part of the settlement Gornji Grbalj. In the Middle Ages, it was the westernmost parish of Duklja. The main attribute of the settlement is one of the most beautiful and largest beaches on the Montenegrin coast - Jaz.
