The villa is located in Krašići in an excellent location, only 10 m away from the beach and has an unobstructed view of Tivat Bay.
The villa has a total internal area of 200m2, which is divided into three levels and is located on a plot of 330m2.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a garage with two parking spaces and enough storage space. External stairs lead to the first floor which consists of an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has access to a large terrace and pool. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.

Krašići is a village located on the northern side of the Luštica peninsula and is part of the settlement Krtoli. It used to be a quiet fishing village and now it is a place with beautiful apartments and villas on the seashore. The Obosnik hill rises above the settlement. The Adriatic Highway passes nearby, which connects all the coastal cities of Montenegro.
