According to records, the house is approximately 200 years old, as evidenced by old Austrian maps from 1838 and the owner's possession of an ancient Austrian land registry. The property spans approximately 170m2 and faces the sea, basking in sunlight throughout the day. It is positioned eighty steps from the sea, with access also available from the main road on the upper side. The house consists of four levels (a ground floor in the form of a cellar and tavern, the first and second floors, and an attic that can be transformed, in accordance with the urban plan and regulations, into a high attic). The house comprises an original stone section and an added section. Additionally, there is a 33m2 courtyard at the entrance, situated on one level, and two balconies on the upper level – one expansive (spanning the width of the house and approximately 1.5m deep, with the potential for depth extension over the entire courtyard) and the other, a small balcony, facing the sea.
