Žabljak is a mountain town located in the untouched nature of the Durmitor mountain range. It is surrounded by magnificent peaks and mountain lakes. Above the turquoise lakes, green pastures, and dense fir forests, rises the largest mountain peak of Durmitor-Bobotov Kuk, with a height of 2523 meters above sea level. In the Durmitor National Park, the second deepest canyon in the world - the canyon of the river Tara is located, which is, due to its transparent, clear water often caller "Tear of Europe".
