Bigova is a Kotor settlement with the beach of the same name located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor. It is a former fishing village which is now a famous tourist resort. Even today, there are fishing boats on the shore, and you can often see local fishermen going fishing or returning with full nets. The beach consists of sandy, rocky and concrete part and is known for its healing mud. Along the coast there are a large number of restaurants and cafes where you can try fresh, freshly caught fish and other seafood specialties of Mediterranean cuisine. It is located near Kotor and about ten kilometers away from Tivat airport. Real estate in Bigovo is accessible from houses in a traditional coastal style to small fishing villages.
