Kuća se nalazi u naselju Velje Brdo, na samo 7km od mosta Milenijum. Ovo naselje se u poslednjih nekoliko godina širi velikom brzinom. Izgrađen je veliki broj kuća, većina je modernog dizajna.
U pitanju je novoizgrađena kuća, prizemna, kaskadne unutrašnjosti. Na samom ulazu u kuću je dugačak hodnik iz kojeg se desno ulazi u veliki dnevni boravak sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Sam dnevni boravak je spušten za 3 stepenika, ima ugaonu garnituru, TV i klima uređaj. Čitav jedan zid u dnevnom boravku je od stakla, tako da ovaj prostor obiluje prirodnom svijetlošću. Iznad dnevnog boravka je velika kuhinja u kojoj je smješten trpezarisjki sto sa stolicama odmah uz balkonska vrata. Kuhinja je lijepog dizajna i boja, sa modernom keramikom i rasvjetom. Posjeduje sve ugradne uređaje. Iz ovog dijela se izlazi na terasu koja je okrenuta ka šumi i zadnjem dijelu dvorišta.
Jedna spavaća soba je opremljena velikim bračnim krevetom i ormanom, dok druga posjeduje samo ugradni orman i biće naknadno opremljena po želji zakupca. At a distance of 7 km, there is an airport and there is also railway traffic. Podgorica is a mixture of architectural styles. Buildings in the Old Town and Durres have been preserved from the period of the Ottoman Empire. After the Second World War, in which Podgorica was razed to the ground several times, buildings that are typical of the socialist countries of the Eastern bloc were built. At the end of the 90s of the last century, there was progress in architecture, so a large number of steel and glass buildings were built. The city has expanded so a large number of new apartments in all regions of Podgorica with affordable prices are a good opportunity for young couples from all over Montenegro to obrain a home.
