Zlatica is a village on the east side of Podgorica, which borders the villages of Murtovina, Masline, and Zagorič. The name is derived from the monastery of the same name, Zlatica. Private houses are represented in the settlement, and there are no residential buildings. In Zlatica, there is a primary school Dragisa Ivanovic, several supermarkets, a forest park Zlatica which is located in a beautiful setting of a pine forest, the monastery Zlatica. The motorway that connects Podgorica with the north (from one side) and the Montenegrin coast (from the other side) passes through it. Thanks to the park forest, Zlatica is a safe place to walk with children and pets. It also has a variety of facilities for the youngest, and for the elderly, there is an outdoor gym and football stadium. Real estate prices are very affordable and every buyer can find something according to their budget.
