We are renting a modern furnished apartment of 64 m2 in Risan, 50 m from the sea with a view of the bay.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a neat building in a quiet neighborhood. It was completely renovated in 2023 and the apartment has new furniture and appliances.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, there is also a coffee machine and a blender in the kitchen.

The dining table is for four people, but can be quickly unfolded and expanded for six people.

In the living room, there is a corner pull-out sofa from which you can watch cable, netflix or youtube on a large smart TV. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a table and four chairs.

Above the kitchen on the gallery is a bedroom with a large bed with a

memory foam mattress. In the gallery there is also a pantry with a vacuum cleaner and an iron.

In the large bedroom there is the same large bed, as well as a closet and a display cabinet. And the bedroom has its own terrace with a view of the sea.

Cooling and heating is regulated with a multisplit inverter air conditioner with WiFi, which is separately controlled for each room.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the center of Risan, and 30 minutes from Perast.
