Gorica C is known as the safest neighborhood to live in Podgorica and the location is also super convenient since it’s close to the city center. The reason why it’s safe is because there is many Embassies in the area itself as well as the Montenegrin President’s residence. It is also a bit isolated from the rest of the city which makes it a really good fit for families.
In the neighborhood there are couple supermarkets and lot’s of green area and just a kilometre away there is a city center where you can find everything you need; from restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, city’s stadium, boutiques, Gorica hill which is perfect for walking/jogging, gas stations and much more.
As for the apartment itself, as you walk in to your right there are two entrances; one is the entrance for living room with modern touches and lighting all throughout and the other one is for the kitchen, only you’d need to walk through two storages to get to the kitchen which is very convenient. There is a large balcony with a panoramic city view of Podgorica equipped with furniture.
To your left there is a long hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment has a multi split A/C system, the living room and two bedroom have a direct entrance to the balcony and there is also a parking spot that is included in the price with the electric parking barrier.
Gorica C is a village located in the center of Podgorica but isolated from the city noise and crowds, at the foot of the hill Gorica. The area filled with beautiful villas is considered a prestigious place to live. In the area, there are many embassies, an art academy, a picnic area, and a promenade Gorica with many attractions for the young and old. The stadium of the football club Budućnost is in the immediate vicinity. Gorica C is a settlement that is an extraordinary combination of old post-war buildings and modern residential buildings with numerous shops, services, trade, and catering activities. Nearby is a kindergarten, elementary school, prestigious high school Gimnazija, Ministry of Education, KIC Budo Tomović, and the Church of St. George. Two streets pass through the neighborhood: Belgrade street, with a beautiful tree line and promenade, and Athens street, with embassies. This area attracts an increasing number of buyers thanks to its charm and large green areas.
