The concept merges contemporary architecture with the surrounding natural environment, creating a gated settlement with two public squares, individual villas, villas with 3 and 9 apartments, and commercial amenities. The EUR 120 million investment encompasses 77 residential villas with 279+ total units. The settlement is located in close proximity to the voco Podgorica hotel and Verde Complex with restaurants, wellness, semi-Olympic pool, and sports facilities.
